Aside from being understaffed and a little slow, I had a great experience and a stellar cheeseburger here. If you're not in a rush, it's totally worth the wait!

My first stop here a year or more ago I rated them high. Then I got a hot dog.
Today I got a burger. It was pathetic. Similar to a small McDonalds burger only not as good. Small and dry. It was $8.50.
I also got the house made chips. $4 for maybe a 1oz serving in a paper bag. Cold and nearly stale.
Almost $14 including tax for one of the worst burgers I've had.

Very costly . Burger is very normal literally very normal. They don't even bake their own bread and meat . Very pricy. Definitely not a good choice. With the price we get three burgers.

I really wanted this to work. The stars were aligned... I was hungry and craving an all American burger. The ingredients looked very fresh and the burger was made to order. Despite the reviews, I figured, "Can you really mess up something as simple as a burger?"... well, the answer is a definite yes. I think what threw me off was the sauce they used. Not quite creamy, a little more runny and there was a bitterness I couldn't put my finger on. It was so overwhelming that it overshadowed the other sinple ingredients. The house-chips were fresh, crispy and delicious in comparison to the disappointing main attraction. The service was efficient but very cold, which I expected. I would say 3 stars for the chips, 2 for the burger, 1 for the service.

I know an overpriced burger sounds great before your flight, but don't get one here. I rarely, if ever write reviews, but I had a truly awful experience and I want to lay out all of the aspects of this place that tick me off.  First and foremost, the tasteless meat was served on a visibly moldy bun, which I did not realize until I got to Southwest Terminal B Gate 30. I had to walk all the way back to Gate 5 to voice my complaint. I will share more on that, but first some bonus comments: The line did not move in a way that you would expect for airport customers. On a Friday before the Labor Day holiday weekend, the restaurant was woefully understaffed. Due to the limited staff, one cashier was positioned awkwardly between the carry-out line and the seating area, which meant that you could not  see the menu when you ordered. Not being able to see the menu was problematic, especially when you are told that the item that you want is not available. I had to re-position my luggage everything else, to figure out what to order that would be available. The cashier had a severe sinus infection and looked like she should have been sent home, instead of at work, spreading germs to TRAVELLING PASSENGERS! Again, we are traveling and hope for convenience and speed, instead, I stood in line for no fewer than 15 minutes after placing my order. The grill team seemed utterly confused. I watched the grill "chef" wander around with a burger on the spatula, looking for a bun to place it on, while the other assembler confusedly read orders and searched for toppings. When I finally unwrapped the truly disgusting $14 burger, I had to make a split second decision to hoof it back to True Burger from Terminal B Gate 30. Upon my return, I waited about 10 minutes to speak to the manager because the sick employee was not empowered with the ability to return my money for an obvious legitimate complaint. Although the manager asked to see the burger and then accommodated my request for a refund, waiting for her meant that I had to practically run back to Terminal 30 and I did not have anything to eat for the 3 hour flight.  I was fuming! This place is a waste of space and time.  I hope that the management examines several aspects of its business including: staff training, staff sick time, scheduling, seasoning, assembly line mechanics, customer service, efficiency and most importantly, quality!  I feel bad for the employees and customers who have to experience this disaster.
